When we don’t know what’s at the end of the path, when there is no light, something to walk to, we might feel that we are in the dark. How do we attend to ourselves through these unknown times?
In her Zoom workshop, Nourishment in the Unknown, Nancy Corrigan offers a different perspective to nourish ourselves while experiencing the unknown times.
We’ll explore how to hold ourselves through feelings of dread, anxiety, and fear and how to be more resilient through difficulties.
